Returns

Due to the nature of our products (beauty, personal care, and accessories), all sales are final.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on:

  • Lip gloss and beauty products
  • Perfumes
  • Press-on nails
  • Any opened or used items

We also do not accept returns on accessories (watches, purses, belts, glasses, caps) unless the item arrives damaged or faulty.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery.

We will require the following:

  1. A clear photo/video of the item received
  2. A photo of the packaging
  3. Your order details (name, phone number, and proof of purchase)

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will offer one of the following solutions:

Store credit (to use on your next purchase)

No Returns/Refunds Will Be Accepted If:

The item has been used, opened, or tested.

The product packaging has been tampered with.

The complaint is made after the 48-hour window.

The issue is due to personal preference (e.g., “I changed my mind” or “I don’t like the scent/color”).

Delivery Issues

If an order is returned to us due to:

  • Wrong address provided
  • Customer not reachable
  • Customer refusing delivery

The customer will be responsible for reshipping fees.
